4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) share, redistribute, or re-stream any content to third parties; (b) record, capture, or reproduce any streamed content; (c) circumvent any technical measures used to protect the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (e) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service; (f) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or other users' experience. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund.
5. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
The Service aggregates and provides access to live streams sourced from third-party providers. LifeXstreams does not produce, host, own, or claim any rights over any of the audio-visual content made available through the Service. All content, including but not limited to broadcast programmes, sports events, news, and entertainment, remains the exclusive intellectual property of its respective rights holders, broadcasters, and content owners. LifeXstreams makes no representation that any content accessible through the Service is licensed for distribution or that the Service operates with the authorisation of any rights holder.
6. Privacy
We collect limited personal information (such as your email address and display name) solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Watch activity and session data may be retained for service analytics and account management purposes. By using the Service, you consent to this use of your data.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.
8. Disclaimers

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Legal Compliance & Service Termination
LifeXstreams is committed to full and immediate compliance with all applicable laws and the legitimate rights of content owners and regulatory authorities. By using the Service, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following:
- ■Rights Holder Demands. If LifeXstreams receives any notice, complaint, cease-and-desist letter, or other communication from any broadcaster, content owner, rights holder, or their legal representatives asserting that content accessible through the Service infringes upon their intellectual property or other rights, we reserve the right to immediately remove the relevant content, suspend access to affected streams, or permanently shut down the entire Service — without prior notice to users and without any liability.
- ■Government & Regulatory Orders. If LifeXstreams is contacted by, or receives an order or directive from, any government body, regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction requiring the restriction or cessation of the Service, we will comply immediately and fully. This may result in the permanent termination of the Service with no notice to users.
- ■Voluntary Termination. Even in the absence of a formal legal demand, LifeXstreams reserves the right to voluntarily terminate the Service at any time if, in our sole judgement, continuing to operate poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. No compensation, refund, or prior notice will be owed to any user in such circumstances.
- ■No User Claims. You expressly waive any claim, right, or cause of action against LifeXstreams, its operators, or affiliates arising from the suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of the Service for any of the reasons described in this section. Service interruptions or terminations resulting from legal compliance are expressly excluded from any liability limitation calculations.
- ■Good Faith Operation. LifeXstreams operates on a good-faith basis. We do not encourage or condone the unauthorised use of third-party content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with the laws of their country of residence.
Rights holders and legal authorities wishing to submit a notice or enquiry regarding content accessible through this Service may do so by contacting us directly. We will respond promptly and take all necessary action.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
